STARBUCK – A 3-month-old girl was injured while riding in a vehicle driven by Hope Wulf, 20, Monday afternoon on State Route 261 at approximately six miles north of Starbuck. Washington State Patrol reports the car left the roadway, struck a dirt embankment.
Both the infant and Wulf were taken to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho. The extent of their injuries have not been released.
WSP is charging Wulf with second-degree negligent driving.
