Imbler School District Registration Changes

The Imbler School District has announced some changes to their registration process for the upcoming school year.

With the continued changes to the State of Oregon regulations during this troubling time, the Imbler School District has decided to change the annual registration process. We will not be having the annual “In-Person” registration days as previously scheduled. Below are the changes that have been made. Hopefully, this will ease the process and worries that we all may have prior to the start of the new school year.

● Existing Students and Parents: ○ Please go on to your ParentVUE account and update the 2021-22 Registration and Verification process for each student.

○ Invoicing for fees will be emailed out 1-2 weeks after the beginning of school. An invoice will be created and can be paid either through the MySchoolBucks app by credit/debit card or you may send cash/check to the school office. The invoices will be emailed to the parents email address so please be watching for them.

● New Students:

○ Contact the appropriate school to set up a scheduled time to receive and complete all paperwork. Jr/Sr High students will need to choose classes at this time.

○ All Kindergarten students will need to complete this paperwork also.

○ Elementary (K-6): Wendy Crow @ 541-534-2311

○ Jr/Sr High School (7-12): Chrissy Wilhelm @ 541-534-5331

● Breakfast and Lunch Program:

○ The Imbler School will be participating in the same program as we did last year. Which means all families will be FREE for breakfast and lunch meals! ○ With this, we need for each family to complete the 2021-22 Oregon Household Application for Free and Reduced Price form. You may click on the link above to download the form.

○ Forms will also be sent home on the first day of school for every student to complete. Please only complete one form per household and return it to the Imbler School offices.

● Jr/Sr High School Only:

○ School starts on Monday,

Aug 30, 2021 .

○ Schedules will be handed out in the foyer on the first day of school.

○ Class changes will need to be made during the first week of school.

● Elementary Only:

○ Monday, August 30, 2021 is Parent/Teacher Conferences (15 minutes each student). Please login to your ParentVUE account, go to “Conferences” on the left hand side, “Parent Scheduled Conferences” tab on the upper right side of the screen, and sign up for a meeting time with each student’s teacher. ○ Complete the “Tell Me About Your Child” form and bring it with you to the conference.

○ Tuesday, will be the first student day for K-6th students.
