Imbler School Board Seeking Feedback for Superintendent Evaluation

IMBLER – (Information from the Imbler School District) The Imbler School District’s Board of Directors is seeking community feedback on the performance of first year superintendent Randy Waite. The board is hosting a survey that asks community members to rate several performance areas:

  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Degree of integrity/honesty and strong core values
  • Puts kids first; is committed to serving all kids
  • Is personable/approachable while keeping an open mind
  • Ability to make tough decisions when necessary and effectively communicate the reasons (transparency).
  • Works well with others. Is a strong collaborator that empowers students, staff, parents and community members.
  • Is highly visible in our community and schools
  • Ability to build and sustain strong, effective family/community partnerships that impact student success
