Imbler Charter School Board Seeking to Fill Two Vacancies

IMBLER – (Release from Imbler School District) The Imbler School District Board of Directors is seeking individuals to fill two vacancies on the Imbler Charter School Board. The charter board assists and compliments the duties and responsibilities of the duly elected Imbler Board of Directors. The major purpose of the charter board is to create/design:
● the development of plans to improve the professional growth of school staff;
● the improvement of the school’s instructional programs;
● the development and coordination of plans for the implementation of school programs;
● the administration of grants-in-aid for the professional development of teachers and classified district employees.
The charter board will be called together to deal with issues such as renewal, termination, amendments to the existing charter or any other times the Imbler School District Board deems necessary.
Anyone interested in serving on the Imbler Charter School Board needs to complete and return the application to: teressa.dewey@imblersd.org by September 12, 2022. First priority will be given to residents of the district with the second priority being given to those living outside of the district with students in the Imbler Charter School. The appointment will be made at the regular September school board meeting on September 20, 2022.
