VALE & JORDAN VALLEY — Idaho Power wants to make sure residents in Malheur County and beyond have the knowledge and resources available in case there is an extended power outage.
Residents can take part in open house meetings on April 22nd at the Vale Senior Center, and another on April 29th at the Jordan Valley Lions Club. Both meetings will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. local time. Virtual meetings will also be held May 7th and 8th between 6 and 7 p.m. at idahopower.com/wildfire.
According to Idaho Power, residents will have a chance to learn about planning for each person’s unique needs in a power outage, as well as the work the power company is doing to protect the power grid and keep communities safe.
