Icy roads cause accident on HWY 20 in Harney County

Harney County-Yesterday, March 15,2023 around 9:00am, Oregon State Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on HWY 20 near milepost 91.

Upon investigation the vehicle which was being driven by Ky Mohamed, 33 years old, of Chelsea Massachusetts, was traveling westbound when he lost control of the vehicle due to icy roads.

The vehicle left the roadway hitting several boulders. Both the driver and passenger were not injured and the vehicle was towed by a local towing company
