I-84 closure is being lifted

CLOSURE UPDATEThe I-84 closure in Eastern Oregon is being lifted. Please use caution when traveling and watch for extra traffic due to today’s extended closure.
(From ODOT) I -84 remains closed both eastbound and westbound in eastern Oregon due to a truck that crashed on a bridge near MP 238 earlier this morning. A pavement construction project in the area has both eastbound and westbound traffic on the same bridge (one lane each direction), so all traffic is stopped. Westbound is closed to truck traffic in Ontario, but open for LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY between Ontario and Baker City (see TripCheck for link to more information). The eastbound freeway is closed to all traffic at Exit 216, six miles east of Pendleton. Tow truck and environmental clean-up crews are on scene. We are working to get the truck removed and freeway open as soon as it is safe. OR 245 is also closed to through traffic. It is not a viable detour route for freeway traffic.

UPDATE:According to ODOTI-84 eastbound is closed from mp216 the Wildhorse Exit outside of Pendleton to mp265 the Flying J exit at La Grande. I-84 westbound is closed from mp374 at Ontario to mp302 at Baker City to Commercial Motor Vehicles. I-84 westbound is closed from mp302 at Baker City to mp265 the Flying J exit at La Grande. US-30 at Haines is closed both directions. Local traffic only.OR-245, MP 1 – 36, 1 mile North of Intersection with John Day Highway US-26 both lanes are closed. Local traffic only on OR-245, no access to I-84.
PREVIOUS:I-84 is closed due to a crash at milepost 238, eastbound, 21-miles west of La Grande. Also, westbound from milepost 265 to 238, 4-miles east of La Grande.
