Update – 1:25pm: Tripcheck is showing all lanes open with no to minimum delay. Continue to watch for workers and emergency vehicles when traveling in the area.

Update – 12:00pm: One lane of I-84 eastbound is now open east of Hermiston at milepost 201 after a vehicle fire. Expect delays in the area and watch for emergency responders working on the road

HERMISTON — I-84 Eastbound is closed just east of Hermiston (MP193) to Pendleton (MP216). As provided by ODOT:

” I-84 eastbound is closed just east of Hermiston at milepost 193 due to a vehicle fire. Expect extended delays.”
