I-84 CLOSURE

Update as of 9:30am: I-84 is now fully open between Baker City and Ontario

Update as of 8:50am: I-84 westbound from Ontario to Baker City is now open. I-84 eastbound from Baker City to Ontario is still closed.

Update from ODOT at 7:15am:  I-84 is closed in both directions between Exit 304 in Baker City and Exit 374 in Ontario due to a truck fire at milepost 357 eastbound (1 mile east of Exit 356 for OR 201). Fire and HAZMAT crews are on scene. Delay travel if possible. Expect extended closure.

Update as of 7:05am- I-84 is closed to all traffic both eastbound and westbound between Baker City and Ontario.

Local traffic only on OR 245, no access to I84.

Closure as of 6:15am- I-84 is closed eastbound from Baker City to Ontario. The closure is due to a vehicle fire.
