Housekeeper finds dead man in Kennewick home

UPDATE (05/04/22): The victim in a homicide investigation in Kennewick has been identified by police as Clayton Wick, 76, of Kennewick.

KENNEWICK — Detectives from the Kennewick Police Department are investigating a homicide after a man was found deceased inside a residence by a housekeeper. Officers were called to the residence on the 400 block of South Buchanon Street at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday.

“There is reason to believe this death was not from natural causes,” KPD Lt. Jason Kiel said in a news release.

The victim’s identity has not yet been confirmed and the Washington State Patrol Crime Lab will assist KPD in the investigation.
