HARNEY COUNTY-Firefighting crews are responding to a rapidly expanding wildfire in Harney County. Dubbed the Hoop Fire, the blaze was discovered just southeast of Blitzen Crossing along the Steens Mountain Loop Road and has already grown to 885 acres.
