Hines officials to be sworn in tonight

HINES – One newly elected councilor and three other re-elected officials will be sworn in tonight at the Hines Common Council meeting. Mayor Nikki Morgan and councilors Ron Williams and Robert Beers will join newly elected Amity York in taking the oath of office. The agenda also includes a mosquito control proposal by Three Rivers Mosquito and Vector Control, a discussion on deer population, plus other items. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. Due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, all attendees are required to wear masks.
