Hines City Administrator talks public camping ordinance

Hines-Hines City Administrator Kirby Letham spoke on Harney County Live about what took place at the Hines City Council Meeting last night. Kirby informed the community of the Public Camping Ordinance and spoke about the homelessness planning group.
Kirby also touched base on the parks master plan and how the city was able to get a grant to get a consultant to draw up a plan for either a new park, or update the existing park.
