Hines City Administrator talk about the Parks Master Plan

Hines-Hines City Administrator Kirby Letham spoke on Harney County Live about the Parks Master Plan meeting that was held on November 8, 2023. Kirby stated approx. 30 people attended and had input on what they would like to see in the future of a new/remodeled park.

Kirby also spoke about the Palmer Estates Development and where they are with that.
