Hines city Administrator talk about leaving the City of Hines

HINES-Kirby Lethem, Hines City Administrator spoke on Harney County Live about noxious vegetation and how important it is for people to take care of their yards and fields by keeping them mowed down to keep the fire danger down as well as keeping the mosquitos and wasps down.
Kirby then spoke about mosquito spraying and the studies that went into it before spraying.
Lastly, Kirby spoke about giving his notice to the City of Hines to pursue law school in August.
