EASTERN OREGON – Oregon Department of Transportation has announced a paving overlay project will take place on Highway 82, which could affect your commute this week. This project will take place between milepost 49 and 54 (the straight stretch between Wallowa and Lostine). The project will be controlled with flaggers and pilot cars between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with up to 20-minute delays. With numerous workers in place, ODOT advises motorist to drive cautiously this week. The project should be completed on Friday.
