High Desert League basketball tournament begins in John Day

JOHN DAY – The High Desert Basketball League District Tournament begins today in John Day for both boys and girls high school basketball players.
In girls’ hoops, Harper will tip off against Adrian at 1 p.m. The Prairie City girls will face Huntington at 6 p.m. For the boys, Dayville/Monument will play against Harper beginning at 2:30 this afternoon. The Prairie City boys will tip off against Jordan Valley this evening at 7:30 p.m.
