Hermiston’s Nadalie Cannell wins the 2024 Hanford Invitational

Richland, WA. – Hermiston High junior Nadalie Cannell secured the top spot in the recent 2024 Hanford Invitational at Horn Rapids Golf Course, adding another chapter to her steadily growing success in the sport.
Cannell won the first tournament of the WIAA Girls Golf season with a four over 76.
Cannell maintained her one-shot lead by carding a one-over on the front nine and a three-over on the back nine, fending off challenges from Brooke Bloom of Mead and Riley Brandt of Southridge, both finishing with a 77.
The junior notched two birdies during the day, the first on the fifth hole following a skillful 12-foot putt, and the second on the ninth hole with a 2-foot putt.
