HERMISTON – A report of someone pushing a stroller while yelling and punching a fence near Rocky Heights Elementary School led to the arrest of a 23-year-old Hermiston man on Wednesday.

According to Hermiston Police Chief Jason Edmiston at around 1:52 p.m. a school resource officer witnessed the suspect pushing a stroller with two young children while yelling at vehicles and animals. The officer also witnessed the suspect punch a fence.
