Heppner, Condon will see holiday changes for DMV offices

SALEM – The Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles says its offices in Heppner and Condon will be impacted because both Christmas and New Year’s Day fall on Thursdays.
Heppner’s DMV office is only open on Thursdays. Meanwhile, Condon’s office is only open on the first Thursday of the month. That means Heppner’s will be closed the entire weeks of Christmas and New Year’s. Condon’s DMV office at 221 S. Oregon St. will be closed for the entire month of January.
Customers are encouraged to see if they can complete their transaction online at DMV2U, which offers over 30 transactions, including license renewals, vehicle registration and address changes. People in impacted communities can also visit another DMV office on days other than the holidays. For a faster experience, make an appointment.
