Heidi Stocks is Baker School Dist. Director of Curriculum and Instruction

BAKER CITY — Baker School District 5J recently announced that Heidi Stocks has been selected to serve as the district’s new Director of Curriculum and Instruction. Stocks serves as the Principal of Haines Elementary School and will settle into her new position starting next month. Read the full press release from Baker School District below:

Beginning July 1, 2025, Heidi Stocks will transition from her role as the Principal of Haines Elementary School to the District Office as the new Director of Curriculum and Instruction.

“Ms. Stocks led the recent Math curriculum adoption process for Baker School District and has continued to prove herself as a strong collaborator and highly organized leader,” says Superintendent Casey Hallgarth. “While it will be difficult to fill her shoes out in Haines, we are excited for her to join the team at the District Office in this new capacity!”
