Harney County-Tobacco Prevention Specialist Cody Frisbie spoke about the Freedom to Quit Class that is being offered by the American Lung Association. The class starts Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 6pm. The class is 8 classes completed in 6 weeks.
Cody also spoke about different ways to stay busy and keep your mind free of tobacco products.
