Harney County Substitute Teacher is Teach of the year

Harney County-Sandy Volle, who has been a teacher for over 50 years, with 20 years in Harney County was nominated for Substitute Teacher of the Year. Sandy was originally nominated last year and came in as runner up. Sandy made such an impression that they made her Substitute Teacher of the Year this year.

Sandy was nominated by Harney County ESD Superintendent Shannon Criss.
