BURNS-A local resident is facing a hefty fine after being convicted of multiple traffic violations in Harney County Circuit Court following an incident earlier this month.
According to court documents, a general judgment was entered against David Allen Miller, 35, of Burns, stemming from a traffic stop on June 22, 2026.
The judgment, handed down by the Harney County Circuit Court, found Miller guilty of four separate traffic offenses committed near the intersection of Hays and S. Egan avenues.
