Harney county-In a release from the Harney County Circuit Court, David Jay Peck, 52, of Burns Oregon will spend several days in jail after pleading guilty.
On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, Peck appeared in person and was in custody. The first case, Peck was being charged with County number 1, Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, 164.245, Misdemeanor Class C, committed on or about February 2, 2023. Peck was convicted based upon a Guilty Plea on April 4, 2023 and will spend 10 day in Harney County Jail.
In a second case, Peck is being charged with County number 1, Failure to Report as a Sex Offender, 164A.040 (3)(a), Misdemeanor Class A, committed on or between February 17, 2023 and March 9, 2023. Peck was convicted based upon a Guilty Plea on April 4, 2023 and will spend 5 days in Harney County Jail.
