Harney County Library has almost reached their goal

Harney County- Some exciting news from the Harney County Library. Youth Services Coordinator, Isabelle, has spearheaded a project that involves Harney County Library’s beautiful library park, library teen advisory board and the talented local muralist. As of this week, the Harney County Library has nearly reached their fundraising goal of $4,500.
