Harney County Judge Bill Hart and City of Burns Council President Jen Hoke spoke on Harney County Live about the flooding in the City of Burns.
Judge Hart spoke about the levee and the progress of it, whether the work will continue on it and where the funding is coming from.
Council President Jen Hoke spoke about the city and the sewer issues and the city pumping the sewage into the ditch to go to the lagoon.
