Harney County Judge swears in new officials

HARNEY COUNTY-Harney County’s elected and re-elected officials were sworn in to office on Monday morning. The ceremony took place at the Harney County Courthouse in Burns.

Each official appeared before Harney County Judge Bill Hart, who has held the position for 3 years.

Sworn into office on Monday, January 6^th were:

Corey Hill as the newly elected Tax Collector/Assessor

Derrin “Dag” Robinson continues to serve as Harney County Clerk

Rob Frank will serve Harney County as a Commissioner

Riley Richardson as the newly elected Justice of the Peace

And Dan Jenkins will continue to serve as Sheriff for the Harney County Sheriff’s Office
