Harney County has another new fire, Ritter Fire

HARNEY COUNTY-RITTER FIRE, Located in the Stinkingwater Mountains, approximately 14 miles due west of Warm Springs Dam, north of the Warm Springs Access Road and east of the Stinkingwater Access Road.
Firefighters were on the incident overnight and already back at it this morning with more resources on order.
Last size estimate was around 500+ acres; will update after aerial recon.
Plans today are to direct attack where possible and prep the Warm Springs and Stinkingwater roads for holding in anticipation of the incoming cold front, strong winds, and more thunderstorms.
