Harney County Deputy District Attorney Cody Coughlin Receives Oath.

BURNS/HINES, OR-Harney County District Attorney’s Office is pleased to announce Cody Coughlin recently passed his bar exam taken in July 2021. Cody has taken an oath of office for admission to the practice of law on October 7, 2021 in Harney County Circuit Court. Cody was hired as Deputy District Attorney for the Harney County District Attorney’s Office and started work in August 2021.
Originally from St. Helens, Oregon, Cody obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Sports and Media Studies from Arizona State University. Cody then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. While attending law school, Cody interned and served as a Certified Law Student for the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office.
