Harney County Clerk will oversee a required Statutory Administrative Hand Recount/Audit

HARNEY COUNTY(Released by the Harney County Clerk)-The County Clerk will oversee a required Statutory Administrative Hand Recount/Audit of a portion of ballots for the 2024 General Elections, selected at random by the Oregon Secretary of State. This procedure is part of every Primary and General Election.
The Administrative Recount/Audit will take place in the County Clerk’s election process room, on December 2, 2024, beginning at 9:00a.m.
the audit team is made of of Harney County voters, selected by the County Clerk.
the audit team will consist of: Janae Trindle with Oster Professional Group, Barbara Cannaday with the Burns Times-Herald and Mindy Gould with KZHC Elkhorn Media Group.
