Harney County-Sharla Calkins and Ken Peckem with the Harney County Arts and Education Foundation spoke about the program and how it was started. Explained what the program is and how they help the arts and music classes in the county.
Harney County Arts and Education Foundation also helps music students with travel expenses for events.
