Hagen Fire evacuations upgraded

EVACUATION LEVELS UPDATED ON HAGEN FIRE (NW IM TEAM 7)

07-22-2026 @ 08:55 p.m.

The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office and Umatilla County Emergency Operation Center in cooperation with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR)  remain actively engaged with the Northwest Incident Management Team 7 for Hagen Fire.  

Effective Immediately, the following areas along Bingham Road to the East and West of the CTUIR boundary have been elevated to the following: 

ELEVATED FROMLEVEL 1 (BE READY)to NOW LEVEL 2 (BE SET)

These are the areas north and south of Bingham Road, just west of Iskuulpa Road, and 

ELEVATED FROM LEVEL 2 (BE SET) TO LEVEL 3 (GO NOW!)

These are the areas along Bingham Road to the north and south of Gibbon and the areas north of Bingham Rd from Isskuulpa Road east to Lick Creek. 

Residents in LEVEL 3 areas should leave immediately. Imminent danger in the area. Leave without delay. It is unsafe to stay.
