CANYON CITY – Thee separate defendants pleaded guilty to harassment charges across three separate cases on November 13th, 2023, in Grant County Circuit Court. Find preliminary details below:

A woman will spend time in jail on a harassment charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Sunnie Jean Moore, 26, pleaded guilty to one count of Aggravated Harassment, occurring on or about May 1st of this year.
Moore was sentenced to 180 days in the Grant County Jail.

A man has been sentenced to jail time, probation, and fines on two charges of harassment, according to documents from the Grant County Circuit Court.
On November 13, 2023, Jason A Ludlow, 38, pleaded guilty to two formal counts of Harassment. Ludlow was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 months on Supervised Probation, and ordered to pay a total of $200 in fines.

A man was sentenced to probation on a harassment charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents.
Jacob Steven Ellson, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of Harassment, occurring on or around December 19, 2022. Ellson was sentenced to 12 months on Bench Probation with special conditions. One count was disposed with no conviction.
