LA GRANDE – The Hospital Association of Oregon recently announced that Jeremy Davis, president, and CEO of Grand Ronde Hospital (GRH) in La Grande, will join the association as a trustee. Joining GRH in 2018 after prior work with Sutter Health in California, Davis is one of only two new trustees announced going into 2024, the other being Erik Thorsen, CEO of Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria. President and CEO of the Hospital Association of Oregon, Becky Hultberg, gave her thoughts on the two newest trustees, stating:
“We are happy to announce the election of these two outstanding leaders to the board. Jeremy and Erik have each led their distinguished hospitals through some challenging times, especially during the height of the pandemic, while delivering excellent care to their communities.”
Both Davis and Thorsen will serve two-year terms on the board of trustees beginning January 1, 2024.
