Grant County to receive around $1.3 million in COVID-19 relief

GRANT COUNTY – Many Americans woke up this morning to find their third economic impact payment has made it into their bank account. In a recent Coffee Time visit, U.S. Congressman Cliff Bentz said that our local governments can also expect some money to come in:
“My understanding is that Grant County is going to receive about $1.3 million from this bill…John Day is going to get $340,000.”
Individuals can check the status of their payment online by logging on to irs.gov/getmypayment.
