Grant County man jailed following trespassing and DV convictions

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail on trespassing and domestic violence charges, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Yazzie Kevin Voigt, 37, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass in the First Degree, committed in August of 2025, as well as Assault in the Fourth Degree—Constituting Domestic Violence, committed in January of 2025.
Voigt was sentenced to 32 days in jail, placed on Bench Probation for 18 months with Special Conditions, and ordered to pay a $250 fine. The guilty plea was entered on January 8th, 2026.
