Additional information
Some corners have been under construction longer than expected due to unforeseen existing conditions, utility coordination issues and other delays.
Not all intersections or curb locations are the same. Some are construction-ready, while others may have obstacles, like fire hydrants, utility boxes and additional land requirements that need extra coordination or design. We prioritize construction-ready locations first and consider various factors when scheduling work in each city. This may result in curb ramps at an intersection being completed at different times. The time it takes to construction each corner may also vary.
Traffic and Pedestrian Impacts
During construction in all communities, travelers and residents can expect the following:
• Intermittent flaggers with lane and shoulder closures.
• Possible side street closures.
• ADA-accessible pedestrian detours around all work zones.
• Access to all businesses will remain open.
Please watch for work crews and equipment.
