Grant County Court to appoint Interim County Clerk

CANYON CITY – The Grant County Court need to fill the vacancy left by former Grant County Clerk Brenda Percy. The court will hold a special meeting today, November 13th, at 9 a.m. in the Grant County Courthouse. The sole agenda item includes the appointment of a candidate for the position of Interim County Clerk.
The County Clerk position is open for reelection in 2024. Candidates have until March 12th, 2024 to file.
