Two convicted on separate weapons charges

GRANT COUNTY – An individual will spend time in jail for disorderly conduct and a weapons violation, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Joshua Fleetwood was recently convicted on one count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and one count of Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree. Fleetwood has been sentenced to 30 days in jail and placed on Supervised Probation for 36 months. One count was disposed with no conviction.

In another recent case, Grant County Court documents show a man has been sent to prison on a firearms charge. Brian Edward Kimble, 42, was convicted for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and was sentenced to incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections for 12 months. Kimble will also be placed on Post-Prison Supervision for 24 months.
