CANYON CITY – According to Grant County Court Administrative Assistant Laurie Stinnett, Commissioner John Rowell was sworn in at 7:00 a.m. this morning, January 3rd, 2023 by Judge Scott W. Myers. Originally, a swearing-in ceremony was scheduled for 9 a.m., but the Commissioner needs to travel this morning due to a family emergency.
