Grant County Circuit Court Documents state 2 will spend time in jail

GRANT-According to Grant County Circuit Court documents, Benjamin Lee Keith, 44-year-old has been convicted of Resisting Arrest committed on or about July 1, 2023. Keith was sentenced to 18 months of Bench Probation. Keith has also been sentenced to jail for 96 hours and is to report to Grant County Jail by May 3, 2023 at 6pm. One count of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants was Acquitted and one count of Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree was Acquitted.

Also, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents, Erik Ivan Mountain, 46-years-old pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass in the First Degree, committed on or about November 2, 2023. Mountain will spend a total of 96 hours in jail and placed on Bench Probation for a period of 18 months.
