Grant Co. Fair & Rodeo Queen Taylee Smith to be crowned March 1st

JOHN DAY – Grant County Fair and Rodeo Queen Taylee Smith was on KJDY’s Coffee Time on Monday, and reminded listeners that the 2025 Queen’s Coronation dinner and auction is coming right up:

“It’s on March 1^st, and doors will be opening at 5 [p.m.]. I think it will be a lot of fun. I have to do a speech, and then I think the night before we have to go in and decorate, and that’s going to be really fun. I really enjoy decorating. We’re still looking for some donations for the live and silent auction, and we’re still looking for some desserts for the dessert auction.”
