SUMMERVILLE/IMBLER – (Release from Grande Ronde Hospital) Grande Ronde Hospital and Clinics (GRH) is continuing its new community engagement series, GRH on the Road, with its next stop in Summerville/Imbler. The public is invited to attend a special community healthcare update and open Q&A with President and CEO Jeremy Davis on Thursday, November 6, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Grange Hall, 67218 Hunter Road in Summerville.
This series of community forums is designed to bring timely healthcare conversations directly to the communities GRH serves. Davis will provide updates on the current state of local healthcare — including what GRH is celebrating, the challenges rural hospitals continue to face, and what’s on the horizon for the organization and its patients.
“We launched this series to strengthen our connection with the people we serve—by showing up, listening, and having real conversations about what’s happening in local healthcare,” said Davis. “Whether you have a question, a concern, or just want to stay informed, these events are for you.”
GRH on the Road launched in September with a visit to Elgin and a follow-up event in La Grande in October, as a first step in strengthening our direct connection with communities throughout Union County.
Following the Summerville/Imbler forum, the next stop will be Wednesday, November 12, at the Union County Senior Center, 1504 N. Albany Street, La Grande, from NOON to 1 pm.
The November 6 and 12th events are free and open to the public. No RSVP is required. Community members are encouraged to come with questions, ideas, or simply to listen and learn.
