Government leaders participate in FEMA-sponsored training

GRANT COUNTY – Local government heads are beefing up their emergency preparedness. Leaders from Grant County, the State of Oregon and multiple local municipalities participated in a recent FEMA training held by instructors from Texas A&M.
According to information from Grant County Management Coordinator Eric Bush, the training was held on Tuesday, June 6th for our local leaders.
Bush wrote that it was, “A terrific day and wonderful opportunity for local officials to participate in a FEMA sponsored Senior Leaders Workshop for All Hazards.”
