Good Shepherd completes expansion, offering new space for specialty clinics

HERMISTON – Good Shepherd Health Care has announced the completion of an expansion project at the medical plaza, allowing several specialty clinics to move into new office space.

For several years, portions of the lower and upper levels of the medical plaza remained unfinished. After the completed construction and 11,000 square foot expansion the space now features clinic space that Good Shepherd hopes will help enhance overall patient experience.

Both of the completed areas were designed to mirror the look and feel of the existing Women’s Center on the main floor to create a cohesive experience throughout the facility. The upper level will focus on surgical specialties, while the lower level will primarily support medical specialties.

“This project represents an important investment in the future of healthcare for our growing communities,” said Art Mathisen, Good Shepherd President & CEO. “These newly completed spaces allow us to continue expanding specialty care services while creating a welcoming, efficient, and state-of-the-art environment for our patients and staff.”

Effective Tuesday, May 26, the following clinics relocated to Suite M-013 on the lower level:

• Dermatology

• Endocrinology

• Neurology

• Interventional Radiology (beginning May 28)

• Rheumatology (beginning early June)

Effective Tuesday, June 2, the following clinics will relocate to Suite M-206 on the upper level:

• Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) and Audiology

• Gastroenterology

• General Surgery

• Urology
