Get ready for Get Wild in Pendleton

PENDLETON – An ambitious effort to bring tourists back to Pendleton kicks off this Saturday and will continue into early September. City officials are alerting local residents to be prepared for visitors and drive carefully.
In addition to tours of the Round-Up Grounds, downtown Pendleton will see a lot of action. There are horseback rides from noon to 5 p.m., wagon rides downtown from 3-6 p.m., Wild West shows at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., and live music from 6-10 p.m. included in a host of events.
