GCSO conducts two separate arrests Tuesday

JOHN DAY – The Grant County Sheriff’s Office conducted two separate arrests yesterday. First, at around 1:20 p.m., GCSO responded to Lower Yard Road in John Day. As a result, Hannah Rain Pereira, 27, of John Day was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Later, at about 6:05 p.m., the Grant County Sheriff’s Office responded to a location at 677 W Main in John Day for a follow-up. Jill Brown, 56, of John Day was arrested for Filing a False Police Report. Nothing further was released regarding either arrest.
