GCSO conduct two separate arrests on Friday

CANYON CITY – The Grant County Sheriff’s Office conducted two separate arrests on March 14^th.

GCSO first responded to the report of a domestic incident on Friday at a location on South Canyon Boulevard in John Day. As a result, James Cody of John Day was arrested for Domestic Violence Harassment. Law enforcement responded to the call at approximately 10:24 a.m. that morning.

On Friday evening, the Sheriff’s Office served an arrest warrant in Canyon City. Karsen Vandetta, 21, of Canyon City was arrested on Grant County warrants. No further details were released.
