Gail Kueffner-Haw of Baker City receives 2024 Sisters’ Legacy Award

BAKER CITY – Gail Kueffner-Haw with Saint Alphonsus Medical Center has been honored with the 2024 Sisters’ Legacy Awards. According to information from Saint Alphonsus, “Gail has been a nurse in surgery for 40 years, with the last five being spent in Baker City. Gail embodies the Saint Alphonsus core values in everything she does inside and outside of the ministry. Aside from being a knowledgeable and reliable Operating Room Nurse, she also spends her time as a faith-based community nurse.”

It was also noted that, “Gail’s pleasant, calm, and approachable demeanor are highly respected by her fellow colleagues. Gail maintains a positive attitude at all times and looks after the welfare and safety of her patients and colleagues.”
